Way to Convert Eudora Files/Folders to Required File Format
Eudora Converter has an auto-detection option. If Eudora is installed in your system, then the software will automatically detect all Eudora files/folder from the system. If Eudora is not there on your system, the following message will appear and user have to browse it manually from the system.
Now follow these stepts to start performing Eudora Emails Conversion -
Step 1 - Download the Software
Download the software on any of your Windows based machine. Then launch and run the application on your system.
Step 2 - Choose the Mode of Conversion
Eudora Converter offers two modes to convert the Eudora email and address book data i.e.
Step 2 (a) - Select Eudora File
In this mode user can add Eudora files one by one which they need to convert. User need to browse to the location again and again, to select the Eudora MBX file for conversion.
Step 2 (b) - Select Folder Containing Eudora Files
By using this mode of conversion, user can convert various Eudora files at once. The application will automatically detect and route you to the root folder of store location. By simply clicking on OK button all the MBX files are selected at once. It helps to save user's time.
Step 3 -Choose the File Format for Data Storage
The tool offers nine file format to save the data after conversion i.e. EML, PDF, MSG, EMLX, RTF, MBOX, MBX, PST, HTML and RTF. User can easily select the required file format to store the Eudora data.
Step 4 - Choose the Desired File Storage Path
Before beginning the conversion procedure, software provides an option to select the desired location to store Eudora data. After selecting the location, user can easily select the file naming option according to user's choice and then click OK.
Step 4 - Process Complete
The software takes only few seconds to convert the Eudora files. Once the conversion is completed, software will display the completion message on the screen.
