How to Convert The Bat! data with Click of a Mouse

The Bat! Converter software has an in-built feature to select The Bat! data automatically if The Bat! email client is installed on the system. But if The Bat! email client is not there on your system, don't worry, you can follow the following steps to manually add The Bat! files/folders for conversion.

Run the software

Now follow these stepts to start performing The Bat! Emails Conversion -

Step 1 - Run the Software

After downloading the The Bat! software on your system, simply launch the tool >> Run The Bat! Converter

Step 2 - Choose The Bat! file/folder

Select the option to browse The Bat! data for conversion.

  • (a)   Select file – By selecting this option, user can add The Bat! files individually to perform conversion.
  • (b)   Select folder) – In this mode, user can easily convert bulk of The Bat! data at once by selecting the folder containing bulk of The Bat! files.

Step 3 -Select the Desired File Format

The Bat! Converter offers an option to store the data at desired file format i.e. PST, MSG, EML, MBX, EMLX, PDF and RTF, its upto user's requirement.

Step 4 - Choose the Data Saving Path and File Name

The software provides an option to store the converted data at user's desired place on the system. After that user need to select the file name in which user need to store the data after conversion.

Step 5 -Procedure Completed

After completing the process of conversion, the software pops-up a message of completion on the screen.
